GACKT Blog 2011.02.27

GACKT is happy and grateful for a successful 120 shows of the Nemuri play~! He’s going to miss all the friends and colleagues he’s been with for so long, but more than anything looks forward to resting his pained body ^^;
Included is a picture of the stage (literally lol) and a group picture celebrating fellow actor Ken Tanaka’s birthday.

  1. I don’t get the foot picture lol. Please excuse my denseness ^_^

    • It shows the original markings left on the stage from their many performances (I think it’s either a position mark, or they weren’t very careful with their swords ;P). I think his foot is in the picture because a) it’s a bit hard to take wider scaled pictures of the ground without your feet in (I tried) and b) otherwise nobody would understand that it’s the floor. XD;;

      • Ashu: Oh god LOL I thought it was more symbolic for like, their presence was left on the stage… nvm, I’ll fix it. XD

    • Nicola: No, please excuse MY denseness. XD

  2. @Jo: Err… maybe? XD;; That was just my interpretation, yours is just as valid! It’s just that I could see scratches on the floor, so I thought he might talk about actual tracks. But with GACKT, you can alwasy be sure there are several layers of meaning to be uncovered. ;D

  3. Symbolic or not, that’a a lot of sword scratches ^_^

    @ashura_oh: Hehe, I love your comment – that there are several layers of meaning when it comes to G XD
