That’s the best title I could come up with lol.
Anyway, this is just a small information post concerning two very dear translators~
Amaiakuyume’s translation site (Moon-Struck) has just been updated with new content: all of GACKT’s blog entries from May 14th, 2010 to Feburary 27th, 2011 are now available for viewing in a single location~! Now you don’t have to make the hassle of surfing through her LiveJournal or this site for a specific blog entry haha~ (well, within that timeframe for now lol)
Please make sure to check it out!
And after a recent ugly incident, Ashura_oh will be making a friends’ cut. For those unfamiliar with LiveJournal lingo, it’s simply a way of downsizing the amount of people who can view your journal and is quite common, sometimes even done on a regular basis. Inactive journals or people who don’t leave comments (like, ever) will most likely be affected. If you’re a newly added user or you just haven’t had the time to visit, leave Ashu a comment or message saying so and she’ll keep you on board~
Please don’t misunderstand her “Friends-Only” policy btw. It’s not done out of spite or as a way of acting superior to other fans – it’s just a safety precaution to protect her translated content and to protect those who comment on a regular basis (trolls anyone?).
I also want to take this time to remind everyone out there – please don’t re-post any translated material without the original translator’s consent, and more importantly please do not claim translation credit as your own. These fans work hard to give us information and make GACKT just a little closer to the overseas fandom for free, and out of their busy lives. They’re not machines that just spew out words whenever they’re told – they’re awesome people and wonderful fans, so respect them y’know?
Besides, I’m sure if you asked nicely they’d agree to let their material be re-posted (as long as they get cookies or coffee or something.. :D).

I can’t imagine the time it must take to translate Japanese to English. So nice of them to post them. Love Amaiakuyume’s translation site btw, very cool ^_^
